I'm Jess Harris-DiStefano. For 20+ years I've built and led content, video, and creator programs inside YouTube, TikTok, Wondery, Google, and Nike — and now I bring that operating experience directly to brands, studios, and creators through Greenwood Ave.
My career began in narrative design for interactive entertainment, then expanded into digital production, social strategy, and leading global creative teams. That path — from story craft to studio operations — is why I see content differently: every strategy has to balance creative vision with technical feasibility and business objectives.
At YouTube I ran creator and diversity programming across four global production studios. At TikTok I led brand and creative operations through a pivotal growth period. At Wondery I turned a podcast catalog into a video business — including launching Baby, This Is Keke Palmer to 189K subscribers in six months. Today, as AI Solutions Director at Monks, I design AI-enabled production workflows for global entertainment clients.

Engagements are shaped to the problem — audits, playbooks, retainers, or embedded leadership. Every one ends with something you can run without me.
